1 E. Delaware is only a few weeks away from completion!
The job included the renovation of the lobby, elevator lobbies, fitness center, amenity space and outside patio. The heart of the job, the amenity space, features a computer/printing center, full-purpose kitchen with a large dining table, large booths for socializing, multiple TVs and a fireplace. The amenity space also leads to the outside patio which features ample seating for tenants both lounge and around tables, grills, a water feature, and fire pit. One of the main challenges of the project was managing the construction while tenants were actively using the space. Working closely with Building Management, ICG was able to develop a logistics and phasing plan to maintain safe conditions, minimize the inconvenience and expedite the schedule.
