LEED Platinum Certified 111 South Wacker will be undergoing an extensive amenities upgrade. ICG is presently in the preconstruction phase of the project with UIRE, Metzler Real Estate, JLL, The Telos Group and Solomon Cordwell Buenz. Everyone is excited to get construction rolling. This 36,000SF project on three floors in the building will feature a completely renovated fitness center and locker rooms; coffee bar and lounge; conferencing facilities; patio; and golf simulator. The new amenities will provide tenants a place to unwind and conduct formal and informal meetings. New elevator openings from the high rise bank will allow all tenants direct access to the floors.
