1 E. Delaware is only a few weeks away from completion! The job included the renovation of the lobby, elevator lobbies, fitness center, amenity space and outside patio. The heart of the job, the amenity space, features a computer/printing center, full-purpose kitchen with a large dining table, large booths for socializing, multiple TVs and a fireplace.

The Society of Thoracic Surgeons new headquarters was recently completed at 633 N. St. Clair in Chicago. This 21,000 sq. ft. space has a multitude of conferencing capabilities. From the state of the art boardroom featuring a 90” LED TV, seating for 18 people and natural lighting to the many huddle rooms perfect for small groups and team discussions. There is no lack of conferencing capabilities in this space.

Here at ICG, we’re finding that the popularity of finished concrete in the Chicagoland area has increased dramatically the last five years. “Finished” concrete is any typical concrete flooring surface that has been treated with a combination of stains, textures, polishes or toppings that offer tremendous design versatility. We find our clients also like finished concrete floors for its durability and easy maintenance.

LEED Platinum Certified 111 South Wacker’s Amenity Project is officially completed and ICG could not be more proud of the work accomplished on this project by all team members. This 36,000SF space is located on three floors in the building and will provide tenants a place to unwind and conduct formal and informal meetings.
