AT&T Broadband selected ICG as the general contractor for their third Chicago-area call center. This single story building was originally designed as a multi-tenant facility and was purchased by AT&T Broadband prior to the completion of the base building construction. ICG and the other team members were able to implement revisions to specifically meet the needs of AT&T Broadband and reduce costs; a comprehensive “shopping list” was developed and equipment was pre-purchased to control both the budget and schedule. The team met the design objectives of the client and value engineered the project costs beyond the client’s goal.
