Newark Element14 is an electronics components distributor and a subsidiary of Premier Farnell. Newark moved from their building on the Northside of Chicago, to 300 S. Riverside in an effort to attract a growing number of young professionals eager to work downtown. This is one of many projects that ICG has done in this building. The space is bright and colorful, with vibrant wall graphics applied directly to the wall. Glass is used liberally throughout the space, creating a collaborative feel. Small conference style rooms offer employees meeting spaces. The large kitchen functions as another gathering space, highlighted by river views.
Newark element14's space is all about fun, creativity and collaboration. This was achieved with strong colors, stunning wall graphics, open spaces, and meeting spaces.
"ICG supported us and acted as our advocate throughout the project. The project team went above and beyond, helping to coordinate non- construction activities with the same great attitude as they approached their normal day to day work."
